+ Do I bring anything with me?

Yes! Bring a yoga mat, socks, and some water. Grippy socks always help, but are not required.

+ Do I need any prior ballet or dance experience?

No! Anyone can take our classes, no prior knowledge of dance or ballet is required or necessary. Our instructors are highly trained to provide detailed cueing and adjustments to help you in each exercise.

+ I'm pregnant can I still take your classes?

Yes! This workout is safe and effective for you throughout your entire pregnancy. Our instructors will provide you with all the necessary modifications throughout class to keep you and baby safe while continuing to build your strength.

+ How many classes a week do you recommend?

We recommend having a goal of 3-4 times a week with a combination of our Align Barre and Align Cardio Barre. Each class is a new choreography and different muscles are tapped into so your workouts will always feel fresh and muscle adaptation will be avoided.
